Are there any negative side affects from it?

Henry got a bordatella shot today and is now kinda moping around. I don't know if it's cause of the shot or cause Kenny went to grandma's house today.

My last dog used to have bordetella shot yearly - never noticed any adverse effects. Could be missing Kenny?? Mama's not enough for spoiled Henry!

Usually, with Bordetella you don't see a lot of aparent side effects....but there can be side effects with any vaccine. If there is a reaction, you'll generally see it within the first 2 hours after the vaccine has been administered- this more extreme...vomiting, diarrhea, intense lethargy or depression.

The way that he is feeling/acting very well could be due to his immune system working a little harder because of the vaccine, but I'm guessing he'll be back to normal by this evening or tomorrow. Any vomiting or diarrhea though and he ought to be seen....BUT if that were going to happen it probably would have by now. I hope this helps....He just needs a little R&R today

Thanks Lyns! He is doing fine. A little softer than normal poo, but he could have eaten something he shouldn't have.

I think he just wants his boy back!
